REFUND POLICY
Return Policy for Digital Downloads
Nursing Essential Hub does not entertain cancellations, returns, or exchanges for digital downloads (PDFs). Once these digital downloads are sent via email or made available for download, reimbursement is not applicable due to their non-returnable nature.
Policy for Returning Physical Products
Our 14-day return policy begins from the item's delivery date. However, not all items are eligible for return. Nursing Essential Hub cannot accept cancellations, swaps, or returns for every product.
To qualify for a return, the items must be unused, brand-new, and in the original condition with their original packaging. Shrink-wrapped products must remain unopened. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is essential.
Initiate a return using our Contact Form and include the following details in the message box:
- Order ID
- Item(s) for return
- Reason for return
Upon approval, you'll receive instructions on where and how to mail the package, with the buyer responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Exchanges: Exchanges are generally prohibited, except for damaged or defective items. Contact us for assistance in such cases.
Discrepancies and Further Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and promptly contact Nursing Essential Hub for any missing or incorrect items. Issues reported after seven days from the delivery date cannot be rectified.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Cards with gifts
- Sale items
- Digital downloads (single or bundled with physical products)
- The Whole Nursing School Study Guide (digital download portion)
For bundled items like The Complete Nursing School Study Guide, only the physical/hard copy is refundable, not the digital download PDF. Refer to the Digital Download Return Policy.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within one to three business days after receiving the returned items. If your return is accepted, the original payment method will be automatically refunded. Allow time for processing and posting by your credit card provider or bank. You will be notified via the email address provided if your return is denied after examination.
